Paul Huggins is an Associate Director at the Carbon Trust and leads on its technology market transformation activities. He is the Programme Director for the BEIS Energy Technology List. Paul has a strong interest in pushing forward clean cooling, is a member of the UN Environment United for Efficiency initiative Refrigeration Working Group and is a technical advisor to the Kigali Cooling Efficiency Programme. He is also supporting a number of companies as they ready their innovative cooling technology for market, and is an advocate of 'cooling as a service'.   Paul holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and an MSc in Artificial Intelligence with Robotics from the University of Aberdeen.
