As an Ecuity partner, Ilias provides policy and strategic advice to energy suppliers, manufacturers, industry consortia and start-ups to enable novel technologies and drive low carbon investment.
Over the past years Ilias has led several successful initiatives on behalf of Ecuity clients to achieve tangible policy outcomes in the UK and Brussels. He also advised industry leaders on developing commercialisation strategies for novel low carbon technologies and delivered market development roadmaps on behalf of diverse industry consortia that have driven the energy debate.
Ilias has previously worked as a business consultant for Cemex, as a policy advisor for the European Commission Delegation in Washington DC and as energy policy consultant for the Bellona Foundation and The Centre (Edelman) in Brussels. He holds post-graduate degrees in Management from Cass Business School and EU Policy from Essex University. Native Greek, he also speaks English, Spanish and German.
